Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address worldwide. Please note that some products have shipping restrictions, and certain items may not be eligible for international delivery.

When you place an order, we will provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and the shipping options you select. Standard shipping typically takes 8–15 business days. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, delivery estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page at checkout.

Please note that shipping rates for many items are weight-based. The weight of each item can be found on its product detail page. To reflect the policies of our shipping carriers, all weights are rounded up to the nearest full pound.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item).

Refunds are typically processed within four weeks of handing your return package to the shipping carrier. This timeframe includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5–10 business days), the time required to process the return once received (3–5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to complete the refund (5–10 business days). In many cases, refunds are issued sooner.
